Recruiting Consultant

Holland Sharpe is a growing recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, and leadership hiring. We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our recruiting team.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Build relationships with job seekers throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates and clients
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within our CRM
• Work closely with our sales team to fill client openings

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls every day
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
• Sales, recruiting, customer service, or manufacturing experience is a plus
