Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing, premium food manufacturer to identify a Site Food Safety & Quality Manager for a highly visible leadership opportunity.

This individual will serve as the site quality leader, partnering closely with Operations to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality throughout the facility.

Key Role Information

• Reports to the Director of Quality
• USDA-inspected manufacturing facility (~130 employees)
• Direct leadership of 2 FSQA Technicians
• High-visibility role with significant production floor presence
• 📍 St. Louis, MO

Target Candidate

• Food Safety / Quality leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Strong USDA, HACCP, SQF, and audit experience
• Confident production floor leader who builds credibility with Operations
• Experience leading teams and driving accountability
