About the Role

We are looking for experience from a manufacturing environment and 5+ years in purchasing. The ideal candidate will have implemented procedures to ensure the purchasing workflow will be successful in all areas and steps including supply chain, purchasing, raw materials, inventory, receiving, vendor relationships, score cards, etc. The person in this role will be a visionary taking the purchasing process to the next level in a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Implement procedures to ensure successful purchasing workflow.
• Manage supply chain, purchasing, raw materials, inventory, and receiving.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Create and utilize score cards for vendor performance.
• Take the purchasing process to the next level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in purchasing.
• Strong implementation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Visionary approach to purchasing processes.
