Commercial Property Manager | $110k - $120k base salary | Boca Raton

Hays have partnered with a Florida-based retail owner operator, who are looking to hire a Property Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day management of an assigned regional portfolio.

Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of operational and financial performance for each asset under your purview. This will include budgeting, monthly/quarterly reporting, tenant and capital improvements, and ongoing maintenance projects. Relationship management with tenants and stakeholders is key. You will be responsible for overseeing third-party leasing and construction teams to ensure each asset is operating at maximum capacity.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of tenant fit-outs and capital projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
