Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Owner’s Representative to support delivery oversight on a flagship hyperscale data center program in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a high-impact role acting on behalf of the owner across a complex, large-scale mission-critical construction project. You will ensure alignment between design intent and field execution, drive accountability across GC/EPC partners, and support successful delivery of one of the region’s most significant data center developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Representative across all project phases
• Oversee design coordination, preconstruction, procurement, and construction execution
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
• Drive accountability across GC and EPC partners
• Ensure alignment between design intent and field delivery
• Support commissioning and handover activities
• Manage stakeholder communication across technical and executive teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects
• Strong background across full project lifecycle delivery
• Experience with schedule and cost control on complex builds
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Strong understanding of design coordination and construction execution
