Job Summary


We are seeking a Project Lead with strong engagement management and analytics capabilities to lead AI transformation initiatives. This role combines requires one to partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement AI-enabled operating models while delivering measurable business outcomes across global organizations.


You will work directly with client stakeholders to decompose and analyze complex procurement processes, define future-state operating models, assess process and data quality, and prepare workflows for AI-enabled automation. Partnering closely with AI engineers, DevOps teams, and full-stack developers, you will help transform enterprise workflows into scalable, agentic AI-driven processes while supporting organizational adoption through structured change management initiatives.


The position is highly client-facing and involves frequent collaboration with senior leaders at leading industrial, manufacturing, and other complex enterprise organizations.


Key Responsibilities


· Define future-state operating models integrating AI, analytics, and automation strategies.


· Provide strategic thought leadership in analytics, including data-driven decision-making and process optimization.


· Engage with senior client stakeholders and executives to drive transformation roadmaps and business value realization.


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams.


· Lead change management and adoption initiatives across enterprise programs.


· Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable insights and executive-level presentations.


· Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational and financial impact.

Required Qualifications


· 8–15 years of experience in managing and delivery projects around Data Science.


· Experience leading actionable insights initiatives leveraging with a variety of analytics techniques including machine learning, GenAI and deep learning.


· Understanding of databases and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, SQL, Hadoop, Redshift, Hana.


· Experience leading enterprise transformation, process consulting, and workflow redesign initiatives.


· Strong understanding of AI/ML-driven business processes and digital transformation.


· Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives.


· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


· Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.


· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.


· Willingness to travel 25–50% based on client needs.
