Job Summary
Oldcastle is looking for a Production Lead for their team in Portland OR. The Production Lead will provide feedback and will interpret and enforce company safety rules. This position is a combined leadership and production position with 65-75% of the work day leading a production labor crew.and operating machine equipment as needed. The additional 25-35% of the work day will be typically spent performing quality, preventative maintenance, and administrative related tasks.

Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs; supervising, training and scheduling employees Coordinate tasks for the completion of operations
Substitute for workers during worker absence or to relieve work-congested areas Other duties may be required as needed
Job Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced construction/heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as calculating percentages and volumes
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs occasionally throughout the day
Flexibility to work weekends as needed depending on customer needs.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate is $23-$34/hr.
