In this critical position, you will bridge the gap between product design and high-volume manufacturing while ensuring the reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of Intel's cutting-edge technologies. Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, &/or Computer Engineering, or Science, or other STEM-related degree and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Key Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineers, design teams, and manufacturing operations to align strategies and requirements
- Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance
- Design and implement integration and assembly processes, including tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
- Partner with high-volume manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve manufacturing-related challenges
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing issues, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce costs, and meet new performance benchmarks
- Develop comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices
- Lead engineering projects including defining requirements, managing timelines, and conducting post-implementation reviews
- Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and drive factory performance enhancements
