Machine Learning Engineer

I’m partnering with a mission-driven healthcare technology organization looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join its growing team.

This role will focus on building and scaling production ML and AI solutions across the full model lifecycle—from feature engineering and model development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams while helping shape the organization’s ML infrastructure and MLOps practices.

Location: Remote (MUST be located in the United States)

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of end-to-end production ML experience

• 3+ years of MLOps experience, including CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection & retraining

• Strong Python + SQL skills

• Experience with Spark/Databricks and Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Strong ML system design and architecture experience

• Experience building scalable ML services and production pipelines

• LLM/Generative AI experience is a strong plus

• Healthcare, HIPAA/SOC 2, or other regulated-environment experience is a plus
