Learning & Organization Consultant

We are currently working alongside a specialist consulting firm serving clients across the life sciences sector who are looking for someone to join them as a Strategic Learning and Organization Consultant.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of project workstreams and deliverables, contributing to the development of practical solutions for complex organizational challenges.

You Can Expect:

• Own and develop high-quality project deliverables, including presentations, executive summaries, project updates and supporting documentation.
• Participate in Client Meetings and interviews, gathering insights to inform deliverables
• Work collaboratively with project leaders and client teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Support the development of organizational structures, learning solutions and talent development strategies

You Will Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Educations, Human Resources, Life Science or Related field
• 3+ years experience in Management Consulting, preferably in the Pharma/Biotech industry
• Proven track record in one of the following: Operating Model Design, Learning Strategy/Design or Workforce Planning and Organizational Transformation
• Proactive and highly motivated to push through change
