The Junior Estimator in the property industry will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring budgets align with project requirements. This role supports the construction team in Boston by analyzing project specifications and collaborating with stakeholders.

Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine necessary materials and labor costs.
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information.
Review and update estimates based on project changes or additional requirements.
Assist in preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation.
Maintain a database of historical cost information for future reference.
Support the team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimating activities.

Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
