About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Analyst to join our team remotely within the United States. You will support data collection, analysis, and reporting across research and product operations. This role is suited for early-career professionals who want to apply analytical skills in an AI-focused environment while developing expertise in data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external sources
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product, research, and operational decisions
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal stakeholders
Assist in evaluating AI model outputs and performance benchmarks
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and literature reviews as needed
Document analytical methods, assumptions, and findings clearly
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to scope data needs and interpret results
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
0–2 years of professional experience in an analytical role (internships and academic projects count)
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools
Familiarity with Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI product environments
Experience with project management or documentation tools (Notion, Linear, Confluence)
Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position. Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
