Job Title: Senior Java Architect / Principal Engineer

Location: Charlotte/ New Jersey (Onsite)

We're looking for a Senior Java Architect / Principal Engineer with 12+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications and driving technology transformation.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Apache Kafka/Event-Driven Architecture.
• Proven track record in application modernization, platform upgrades, and migration initiatives.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, automation, DevOps, and engineering productivity practices.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Devin, MCP, and AI-assisted software development tools.
• Exposure to building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, or Google ADK.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and influencing architectural decisions.
