IT Systems Analyst
IT Systems Analyst
Location: VA (Hybrid). Office requirements are very flexible but candidates must be based in the DC, Maryland or Northern Virginia (DMV) area and able to attend the office when needed.
I'm partnering with a highly respected specialist professional services organisation that's investing heavily in its internal technology function. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to hire an IT Systems Analyst to join their collaborative IT team.
This is a newly created role offering genuine ownership from day one.
You'll become a key member of a lean, high-performing IT team, taking ownership of endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, tier-two support and the technology that enables employees to perform at their best. Working closely with senior IT leadership, you'll have the opportunity to improve processes, support infrastructure projects and make a visible impact across the organisation.
This isn't your typical support role.
You'll be one of the people helping shape the firm's internal technology environment. You'll support employees, manage the full device lifecycle, improve processes, contribute to Microsoft 365 initiatives and have the autonomy to make meaningful improvements. If you enjoy solving problems, taking ownership and making IT operations more efficient, you'll fit right in.
The successful person will have:
* Previous IT experience working within a law firm.
* Experience supporting end users in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune and/or Apple Business Manager.
* Experience managing the full device lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and endpoint management.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications and endpoint technologies.
* Experience creating documentation, SOPs and runbooks to improve operational efficiency.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience.
* Experience working alongside a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is advantageous.
* Experience with legal technology platforms such as iManage is beneficial but not essential.
Why join?
* Join a highly respected professional services organisation investing heavily in its technology function.
* Work alongside an experienced IT leadership team with genuine ownership from day one.
* Take ownership of endpoint management, user lifecycle processes and Microsoft 365 technologies rather than being confined to a traditional support role.
* Play a key role in improving internal IT operations, processes and documentation.
* Enjoy broad technical exposure across endpoint management, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
* Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and excellent long-term career development.
