We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a large-scale enterprise software implementation. You will own the complete instructional design lifecycle, partnering directly with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, test, and deliver engaging learning solutions that drive successful system adoption.
This is not a role for someone who only develops storyline courses. We are looking for an instructional designer who has independently managed projects from concept through completion, learns new systems quickly, and leads the design process with minimal oversight while staying hands-on in development.
You will serve as the primary point person between business stakeholders, SMEs, and the training team, taking projects from a high-level request to a finished training solution.
