About Fleet

Fleet is an applied artificial intelligence company focused on human-AI collaboration at scale. We build training gyms for AI agents: high-fidelity simulation environments where agents practice real tasks while humans supervise, evaluate, and steer their behavior. We've raised from Sequoia Capital, Menlo Ventures, and BCV, and are growing very quickly.

About The Role

We're looking for former founders and others with a unique background who don't see a fit in one of our other roles but do see a role for themselves at Fleet. We want you to come in and figure out where you can have the most impact, and then go do it.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

• Founded or co-founded a company that had traction
• Have excelled in a nontraditional background and are now turning to startups
• Are technical enough to build or deeply evaluate technical work
• Thrive when there's no playbook and can create structure from chaos
• Have strong opinions about what good training data looks like
• Move fast, communicate clearly, and don't need to be managed
• Are excited about AI and use AI tools daily
  
  

You Will Not Be a Good Fit If You

• Need a well-defined role, clear reporting lines, and a predictable roadmap
• Aren't comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and owning the outcome
• Want to advise rather than execute
  
  

Compensation & Structure

Full-time, on-site in SF or NYC. Compensation (salary + meaningful equity) will be extremely competitive.
