Expert Opportunity - Headteacher ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced headteachers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for headteachers with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.

Compensation: $80/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
