Engineering Manager

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Engineering & Technology Manager to lead site engineering initiatives, drive capital projects, and support continuous improvement efforts across a complex production facility. This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and overall plant performance.

As the Engineering & Technology Manager, you will...

• Lead engineering and process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Manage and develop a team of engineering professionals while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project justifications, investment analyses, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects align with operational and business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement programs and best-practice implementation across the facility.

As the Engineering & Technology Manager, you will have...

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated experience leading capital projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Prior people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
