What You'll Be Doing

• Provide strategic leadership for all clinical and business applications.
• Lead and develop a team of Applications and Informatics professionals.
• Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, finance, and operational leaders to improve technology adoption and workflow efficiency.
• Establish application governance, prioritization, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Drive application optimization initiatives that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, project prioritization, and resource planning.
• Ensure reliable application performance while balancing innovation with operational excellence.
