Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices and billing proformas
• Partner with attorneys to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)
• Manage electronic billing submissions and resolve rejections
• Collaborate with internal teams including AR, eBilling, and Cash Applications

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with eBilling platforms
• Preferred: Aderant, 3E or Elite Software
• Stable work history with strong tenure
