Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary - $47k-$50k plus uncapped commission = 1st Yr OTE - $80k+, 2nd year $120k

What You'll Do

You'll own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle:

• Candidate side - Source, attract, qualify, and manage ERP talent (Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and more) skilled in NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Client side - Identify, engage, and win new business with global customers and partners.
• Prepare and present high-quality shortlists, manage interview processes end-to-end, and negotiate offers through to close.
• Build territory and account plans, map org charts, run outreach cadences, and book and lead client discovery calls.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer.

What You Bring

• No prior recruitment experience required - we hire for attitude, potential, and performance. Sales, customer success, or high-volume outreach experience is a strong plus; any exposure to ERP recruiting is a bonus.
