Asset Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Downtown | Full-Time | In-Office)

A growing commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a local portfolio of office properties in the Chicago market. This is a highly visible role focused on maximizing asset performance through strategic leasing initiatives, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting while partnering closely with internal property management and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing and asset strategies to maximize portfolio performance.
• Partner with the in-house property management team to drive occupancy, tenant retention, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare portfolio reporting, business plans, budgets, and financial analyses for ownership.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and investment returns.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of commercial real estate asset management experience.
• Experience managing office assets, preferably within the Chicago market.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
