It was a privilege hosting a true legend in our hangar this week. The B-17 Flying Fortress Sentimental Journey spent a few days at Yingling Aviation in Wichita for routine maintenance work and a break from the summer heat. With servicing complete, this WWII warbird is back in the air and headed to its next stop in Albuquerque. Safe travels to the crew on the next leg of their tour.
