Boeing has announced an agreement for Archer to acquire Wisk, SkyGrid, and Insitu Inc. As part of this deal, Boeing will invest in Archer and establish an ongoing technology sharing collaboration. Wisk will play a key role in accelerating Archer’s technology and portfolio of products across commercial and defense bringing the industry’s top autonomy team and a suite of highly complementary tech to Archer’s business. Together we’ll build the future of aviation. 🚀 Step inside our joint simulation with NASA Ames Research Center. Working alongside NASA controllers, our team demonstrated how a single ground supervisor can manage three autonomous aircraft simultaneously in complex airspace, while keeping communication and cognitive workload within safe limit.
