I’m proud to reflect on completing my 6-month internship at Weitzman . This experience gave me invaluable insight into the real estate brokerage world from lease negotiations to tenant relations to asset management. I learned that success in this industry hinges on care, diligence, and genuine relationships. I’m deeply grateful for my incredible colleagues, brokers, and property management teams who invested time in my development. Special thanks to all the associates who taught me what it means to be a broker. Witnessing their dedication and hard work for their clients was truly inspiring it showcased the level of commitment required to excel in this field. These months taught me that the most meaningful learning happens when you’re surrounded by people who care about doing things right. I’m excited to carry these lessons forward.
