Following our planned separation in the second half of the year, New Corteva, our future crop protection company, will be headquartered in our current home of Indianapolis and will maintain a global corporate business center in Wilmington, Delaware. Vylor, our advanced seed and genetics company, will be headquartered in Johnston, Iowa, current home of our global seed business center, and will have a global corporate business center in Southeast Pennsylvania.
