Don't let their size fool you. Eggs pack a nutritional punch! 🍳 Just one egg contains 6 grams of high-quality protein, 8 essential nutrients, and 250 mg of choline. As part of a balanced diet, eggs can help fuel your day, curb hunger, build and maintain muscles, and more. 💪 https://lnkd.in/eKKHz2_c

We couldn't get to the end of the week without giving a standing ovation to these three. Patricia Howard, APR, Megan Yilek, and Carolyn Reed have been absolutely instrumental in making the Versova Leadership Meeting such a success the past two years. These individuals work tirelessly behind the scenes for months to make sure the week is seamless and gives our leaders a chance to connect, grow, and learn. We would not be the team we are without their dedication and hard work.

What a powerful week in Des Moines for our annual Versova Leadership Meeting! We recognized outstanding team members, learned about values-based leadership, heard from our board of directors, packed meals for hunger relief, and visited farms that help provide food for families every day. But perhaps the best part? Coming together as One Team, learning from and being inspired by the leaders who help make this honorable work possible.

Leaders in our company donned hairnets yesterday to pack 41,472 MEALS FROM THE HEARTLAND. It was incredible to see how our teams worked together for the common cause of hunger relief.

"What does it look like to leave a lasting legacy?" James Dean answered that question last night at our annual Versova leadership meeting. Hard work. Resilience. Caring for your communities. A powerful start to a week of mentorship, training, and building up the next generation of leaders.

Our annual Versova Leadership Meeting kicked off last night with Keynote Speaker Conrad Hawley talking to us about his college athletic career in both football and basketball. We loved the energy Conrad brought to start our week and the lessons he shared on how to show up for your team every day.

Caring for our land is an important part of how our farms operate every day. 🌱 That's why we repurpose poultry litter into natural fertilizer that helps enrich soil and reduces reliance on synthetic fertilizers. From evaluating flock health to monitoring food safety risks, this work helps our teams make informed decisions that strengthen animal care, operational excellence, and help bring safe, high-quality eggs to families across the country. 🥚 Our latest blog takes you inside the Innovation Center to meet the people driving this work forward, including Laboratory Director Marissa Gregory, Senior Director of Nutrition Stacey Roberts, Ph.
