It’s been just over two weeks since the FCC's action on connected robots. While much of the coverage has focused on humanoids and robotic vacuums, the implications for autonomous mobile robots should not be ignored. For warehouse and manufacturing facility operators, today’s focus should be on minimizing long-term risk. Robotic systems are major investments that should be expected to improve over many years through software updates, new capabilities, and ongoing support. As regulatory requirements evolve, companies should consider whether their robotics partner can continue to deliver those improvements over the life of their deployments. As a US-owned and operated business, with both software development and hardware manufacturing in Massachusetts, Vecna Robotics is a dependable partner in this evolving regulatory landscape.

  • Less unnecessary travel. More time spent picking. That's the goal. CaseFlow™ coordinates autonomous mobile robots and warehouse associates so work keeps moving efficiently, helping teams boost productivity and throughput without adding headcount or square footage. • We hear this a lot: "We're interested in automation, but we can't afford the disruption." Here's the reality of a CaseFlow™ deployment: Weeks 1-2: System configuration and WMS integration Weeks 3-4: Robot onboarding and team training Week 4+: Full operations with robots and workers running in sync No facility redesign. No extended downtime. No ripping out existing systems. And new employee training time is cut by 50% compared to traditional case picking operations, so ramping new workers is faster than ever. That's what low-disruption automation actually looks like. https://hubs.li/Q04m9mBn0 #ImplementationStrategy #WarehouseAutomation #CaseFlow #VecnaRobotics #GoLive

For years, the conversation around autonomous mobile robots has centered on productivity, throughput, and ROI. Those metrics will always matter, but the FCC's recent action restricting certain foreign-produced autonomous mobile robots fundamentally changes the discussion. Going forward, enterprise robotic systems won't be evaluated solely on economics. Cybersecurity, software governance, data ownership, and operational resilience will become central considerations alongside performance. Who owns the operational data? How are software updates managed? How securely does the platform integrate with enterprise systems? How much visibility and control does the customer have over data flows? Traditionally, these were IT questions. They're now executive-level questions. As mobile robots become an increasingly integral part of supply chain operations, trust will become as important as performance. The companies that lead this next chapter won't just build better robots--they'll build platforms that enterprises trust to run critical operations. At Massachusetts-based Vecna Robotics, we've believed for years that enterprise robotics requires more than outstanding hardware and software. It requires outstanding security, governance, resilience, and customer control. I expect that focus to become an increasingly important differentiator in the years ahead.

  • Capital expenditure shouldn't be the reason you don't automate. CaseFlow™ is available through our Robots as a Service (RaaS) model, which means: - No massive up-front hardware investment - Annual subscription pricing you can plan around - Fast deployment without tying up capital - 24/7 remote monitoring included We designed CaseFlow to remove every barrier between you and better operations. RaaS is a big part of how we do that. • One of the most overlooked benefits of CaseFlow™? Safety. In traditional case picking, associates are constantly getting on and off pallet jacks, navigating busy aisles, and moving equipment across the floor. That's where accidents happen. With CaseFlow: - Robots handle all pallet travel - Workers operate in dynamic picking zones - Travel-related safety incidents are meaningfully reduced Protecting your people isn't a secondary benefit. It's a business outcome. #WorkplaceSafety #WarehouseSafety #CaseFlow #VecnaRobotics #AMR

  • You can't improve what you can't see. The CaseFlow™ console gives operations managers full visibility into everything happening on the floor in real time. - Live telemetry on robot status and order releases - Associate behavior and performance tracking - Historical analytics to surface trends and bottlenecks - Continuous improvement built into the workflow Industrial engineers and site managers use the CaseFlow console to understand exactly where throughput is being lost and to act on it. This is the difference between automation that runs and automation that learns. #DataDriven #WarehouseAnalytics #CaseFlow #VecnaRobotics #OperationalExcellence
