  • English: At Vantive, we don't measure progress by a single milestone — we measure it by the momentum we're building together. Over the past year, we’ve expanded our distribution and logistics footprint across the Americas with new facilities in Mississippi, Vancouver, Calgary, Guatemala, and Cuernavaca. This progress builds on our 2025 announcement of more than $1 billion in planned investments over five years to advance vital organ therapy innovation and expand capacity. Each facility represents another step forward in building a stronger, more resilient network that helps us better serve customers and patients across the region. Thank you to the teams whose hard work, expertise, and commitment continue to turn our strategy into reality. Together, we're building a stronger, more connected network to better serve customers and patients across the region. #ExpandPossibilities __________ Español: En Vantive, nosotros no medimos el progreso solo por un hito; lo medimos por el impulso que construimos juntos. • We are honored to have received the Globe in Hand Award from The Links, Incorporated at their National Assembly in Detroit, Michigan. This recognition reflects more than a partnership — it represents a shared commitment to increasing kidney health awareness and helping to expand access to information that can lead to better health outcomes. The need for this work is urgent. While Black Americans make up approximately 13% of the U.S. population, they account for about 35% of people living with kidney failure in the United States. For more than five years, we have had the privilege of working alongside The Links, whose nearly 80-year legacy of service, leadership, and impact continues to transform lives. Together, we've helped reach millions through education, engagement, and community-based outreach focused on addressing disparities in the kidney care journey. We are grateful for this recognition and excited about the continued partnership and work ahead. #TheLinks #KidneyHealth #HealthEquity #CommunityImpact #Partnership

Sepsis progresses quickly — and for ICU/critical care clinicians, every hour matters. For a subset of septic shock patients, elevated endotoxin levels can drive an uncontrolled immune response, increasing risk and limiting what today’s standard of care can manage. That’s why Vantive is focused on advancing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to support organ function and reimagine sepsis management. By working to help reduce the burden of sepsis, we’re striving to extend lives in critical care and ultimately, #ExpandPossibilities.

Looking back on #ERA26, the clinical evidence shared underscored the progress being made — and our commitment to advancing modern kidney care. Across conversations with clinicians, partners, and colleagues around the world, one theme stood out: progress happens when insights are shared, perspectives are exchanged, and patients remain at the center. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to these important discussions. We’re energized by this momentum and proud to continue working alongside the global healthcare community to help shape what’s possible for patients. #ExpandPossibilities

Advancing patient care in critical moments requires a shared commitment to better outcomes. That’s why we joined the global critical care community at the 49th Annual Conference on SHOCK in Las Vegas to support scientific exchange focused on complex conditions. As a vital organ therapy company on a mission to #ExtendLives and #ExpandPossibilities for patients and care teams, we are proud to contribute evidence that helps strengthen real-world understanding of unmet needs and the burden these conditions place on patients and hospitals. At #SHOCK2026, our teams shared new insights into the mortality and economic burden of septic shock—a life-threatening condition with a profound impact on patients and health systems. #CriticalCare #AccessVitalOrganSupport #SepticShock

Last weekend, our Vantive team joined the annual National Kidney Foundation of Illinois Walk for Kidneys in Chicago — coming together with a shared purpose: supporting people living with kidney disease. Moments like this are a reminder that kidney care is continuous and touches every part of a person’s life. For nearly three decades, our partnership with NKFI has focused on bringing education and resources closer to communities, so people can access the support they need throughout their journey. Just as important is the role of our employees — many feel a deep personal connection to this cause and stand alongside patients, families, and care teams. Together, this is how we help drive more connected, accessible care and continue to #ExpandPossibilities for the kidney community. #WeAreVantive

Modern kidney care depends on an ecosystem that ensures patients have access to the right therapy at the right time. At the European Renal Association (ERA) Congress, new late-breaking data from the large, controlled MOTheR study adds to the growing body of evidence indicating 𝗛𝗗𝘅 therapy enabled by the 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮 dialyzer delivers clinical outcomes comparable to online hemodiafiltration. It also highlights 𝗛𝗗𝘅 as a practical option that can be delivered within existing hemodialysis care settings. These findings further support 𝗛𝗗𝘅 therapy as a clinically differentiated option within modern kidney care, particularly when home-based peritoneal dialysis is not possible and in-center hemodialysis is clinically necessary or chosen by the patient. New evidence presented at the European Renal Association (ERA) Congress highlights the potential health and economic impact of starting dialysis at home. UK analyses comparing home-based peritoneal dialysis (PD) with in-center hemodialysis (ICHD) found that initiating dialysis with PD was associated with improved patient outcomes and lower costs for health systems. This includes a projected ~£200 million savings over 5 years for the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) with increased uptake of PD. These findings underscore the global opportunity to expand access to home dialysis as part of a more coordinated, patient-centered approach to kidney care — supporting better outcomes while easing pressure on health systems. At the 63rd European Renal Association (ERA) Congress, the focus is clear: meeting the realities of modern kidney care. Our team is here at booth D285 engaging with the global nephrology community, exchanging perspectives, and contributing to conversations that reflect the complexities facing care teams and health systems today. As new research and insights continue to be shared, we look forward to the ongoing scientific exchange in the days ahead. #ERA26 #ExpandPossibilities
