Unified Agent Infrastructure

About us

The full stack your agent needs to act in the real world — compute, payments, identity, incorporation, 10,000+ tools — in one config file. Paste a prompt into your coding agent, it writes naive.config.ts, and provisions all infrastructure for your apps, agents, businesses. One API, one balance, every action governed. We're a small, fast-moving, remote-first team.

Today, we’re announcing Naïve has raised a $28.5 million Series A to build autonomous company infrastructure. This round was led by Nexus, with participation from Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, and more. Dennis Zax & I have been building together since we were 14. We sold our first company as teenagers, dropped out of Berkeley, joined Y Combinator, and spent the last several years thinking about what the world looks like when agents can fully run businesses. Coding agents can now ship an app in an afternoon. But turning that app into a real operating business still takes months. Developers manually stitch together payments, incorporation, email, phone numbers, compute, memory, databases, authentication, and dozens of other services — infra built for human operators, not autonomous agents. Naïve is rebuilding and unifying the entire business stack for agents. Today, thousands of developers write a single config file, and Naïve provisions everything their agents need behind one API: > Real-world Identity: KYC/KYB, LLC formation, Email, Phone, Virtual Cards > Cloud: Database, Hosting, Compute, Storage, Auth > Serverless Agents: Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, Vetta > Orchestration: Task Management, Interagent Communication, Scheduling > Inference / Model Routing > Memory: One context layer that grows with the entire company. > 10k+ Tool Gateway: Stripe, Github, Quickbooks, Higgsfield, Browser, etc. > Governance: Enforce capability policies, audit logs, HITL approval With this new capital, we’re investing deeply into our new lab with four research areas: serverless agents, inference, brain, and agent workforce orchestration. Our early benchmarks can start an agent in 2.3 milliseconds using 1.2MB, reduce inference costs several-fold, and achieve stronger memory recall with 11x fewer tokens per query. In this next decade, agent spend is set to scale into the trillions as companies completely run on agents that finish work autonomously. Our vision with our research is to make each token do more, so autonomous companies can become a cost-efficient reality. Thank you to all our investors including: Abhishek Sharma (Partner @ Nexus) Andrew Miklas, Diana Hu (Partners @ YC) Apoorva Pandhi (GP @ Zetta VP) Raj Singh (GP @ Z21 Ventures) Jimmy Cho (Investor, DEEPCORE (Softbank)) Michael Ma (Partner, Liquid 2 Ventures) Vijay Krishnan (Co-Founder of Turing)  Gokul Rajaram JD Sherman (Former Hubspot President) Allison Pickens (Former Gainsight COO) Tim Zheng (Founder of Apollo) Robert Chatwani (President @ Docusign) Zach Sims (Founder of Codeacademy) Gert Lanckriet (Head of ML @ Amazon) Eric Ciarla (Co-Founder of Firecrawl) We’re now hiring benchmark-breakers who want to push the frontier of agent business infrastructure.
