The AI operating system for ecommerce and retail

About us

Triple Whale is the complete intelligence platform for ecommerce, helping brands stop guessing and start knowing what’s actually driving growth, what’s wasting money, and what to do next — with total confidence. By pulling all of a company’s data into one place, delivering measurement tools teams can actually trust, and applying the smartest AI in the industry, Triple Whale turns fragmented data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. That intelligence can then be put to work through AI agents and automations that generate creative assets, take action across marketing channels, and make every tool in their stack smarter and more effective. More than 60,000 ecommerce brands including Pressed Juicery, OUAI, and True Classic trust Triple Whale to grow faster and drive revenue with fewer resources by uncovering opportunities and acting on them at a scale that would be impossible manually.

Our families may not work with us, but they experience a lot more of our careers than we probably realize. They're there through the busy weeks, the late-night bug fixes, the stressful moments, and the exciting ones. They support us while we put so much of ourselves into what we do. Today, Triple Whale hosted a Family Fun Day, and it was great seeing our families being shown that appreciation. It's nice to work somewhere that doesn't just think about the people who work here, but also recognizes the families supporting them behind the scenes. Really grateful to have spent the day with my two different teams.

  • We’re leaking 3 of the most powerful ways to automate your media buying 👇 We see your Google Sheet and raise you... 1. Building a report from scratch: Tell Moby what you want. (A weekly leadership brief, key metrics, visual, something your team can get through in 10 minutes) Moby builds it, on-brand, with the action items and recommendations already in there. You're not starting from a blank slide. 2. Bring it into Slack: Connect Moby to Slack and your reports land where your team already is. Set it up once and it delivers automatically every time the report runs. You can also just chat with Moby in Slack directly. Ask it something like "what were my top selling products last 7 days" and get the answer without opening Triple Whale. Ask it to turn that into a recurring automation and it will, right there in the thread. 3. Recreate a report you already have: If you've got an old report you rebuild by hand every month, upload it and tell Moby to turn it into an automation with the same structure and data. What used to take you hours now takes minutes, and you can go back and forth with Moby until it's right. Learn more about how Moby can automate media buying and sign up for a weekly live session, running every Wednesday in August: https://lnkd.in/e--nxJqa

  • We put 15K on the table and gave 42 Triple Whale employees across Customer Success, Support, Solutions, and Implementation six weeks to build something real with Moby 2. Welcome to Moby Tank 🐳 We’re not talking about a slide deck, or a “that’d be sweet” concept. We wanted them to build out real, working tools that either make life easier for our customers or make our own team faster. Seven finalists made it to the live pitch in New York. Six presented in person One sent in a recorded pitch (hustle is hustle, baby). The team voted and these three builds took home the prize money 👇 🥇 Ceegan Flood: Built Orchestrate, a command center that pulls calendar, email, Slack, HubSpot, and Jira into one place and preps CSMs before every meeting 🥈 Felisberto Goenha: Built a tool that blends attribution models into one custom view so brands stop arguing about whose numbers are right 🥉 Miles Kerr-Jarrett: Built a handoff tool that keeps context intact when a customer moves to a new CSM For that reason, we're IN. Congrats to everyone who participated! Season two rumors already circulating the office. 👀

  • "Best first-click ROAS I've seen from a Meta campaign in a long time." That's Alex Stark, on what happened when he started passing Triple Whale's first-click attribution data directly back into Meta. No more optimizing for the easiest purchase. He’s getting Meta optimizing for the metric that actually matters to his brand. From there, Ogee's new customer numbers their new customer numbers changed almost immediately 👀
