This summer, our London and Chicago offices welcomed the 2026 tms intern class.💫 Across both programs, interns gained hands-on experience through real project work, mentoring, and collaboration with teams spanning strategy, creative, client services, product development, sourcing, and more. Our London program was delivered in partnership with The Brokerage and Good Nugget, helping expand access to careers for talent from underrepresented and nontraditional backgrounds. As our Chicago program comes to a close and our London interns nears its end, we’re proud of everything they’ve contributed and are excited to see where their experiences take them next. For LBB (Little Black Book)’s latest article, Junaid Ali, Operations Design and Enablement Director at tms, joins other technology leaders to share what’s capturing their attention in 2026. 💭 “At tms, that thinking is reflected in the evolution of our internal tech function into the operational design enablement team, a shift that signals a broader mindset change. The goal is to empower individual contributors with tools and systems they can apply in meaningful, practical ways to their daily work, rather than focusing on any single platform.” Read Junaid’s full insights on LBB: https://bit.ly/3RpnhPS
