Thomas Park Investments has expanded its Mid-Atlantic healthcare portfolio with the acquisition of four medical outpatient properties totaling approximately 165,637 square feet across Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The approximately $70 million portfolio is anchored by leading regional health systems, including MedStar Health, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Children’s National and Luminis Health. The portfolio expands Thomas Park’s healthcare real estate footprint into three distinct Mid-Atlantic submarkets and deepens its relationships with leading regional health systems.
