  • Many nonprofits are still reporting activities. Funders are increasingly asking about outcomes. There’s a big difference between: “We provided workforce training to 200 participants.” and “Our workforce program generated $2.4M in projected lifetime earnings gains for participants who secured higher-paying employment.” One describes what happened. The other demonstrates value. As competition for funding increases, organizations that can clearly connect their programs to measurable economic outcomes will have a distinct advantage. Funders don’t just want to know what you did. They want to know what their investment made possible. #ImpactReporting #EconomicImpact #NonprofitLeadership #FundraisingStrategy #GrantWriting #SocialImpact #ROI #NonprofitInnovation

  • A sponsorship package is not a sponsorship strategy. This organization had a great event and strong community support, but corporate sponsorship revenue had stalled. The breakthrough came from activating the right people with the right process. By building a strategic host committee and providing hands-on support, the organization secured more than $500,000 in corporate sponsorships in six months. The lesson? Relationships drive sponsorships. Systems scale them. #FundraisingStrategy #CorporatePartnerships #RevenueGrowth #NonprofitLeadership #TheWinWoman

  • The conversation around AI is often framed as a technology discussion. For nonprofits, it’s really a capacity discussion. When fundraisers spend most of their time updating records, pulling reports, and managing workflows, donor relationships suffer. AI won’t replace your development team. It can help eliminate the administrative burden that keeps them from doing the work only humans can do: building trust, cultivating relationships, and securing support. The question isn’t whether nonprofits should adopt AI. The question is how much fundraising capacity is being lost by not doing so. #NonprofitLeadership #FundraisingStrategy #ArtificialIntelligence #CapacityBuilding #RevenueGrowth #DonorEngagement

  • We’re excited to partner with a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and creating pathways for long-term success for young people across our community. As the organization continues to grow its reach and deepen its impact, our work together will focus on strengthening the fundraising systems, donor engagement strategies, and internal infrastructure needed to support the next phase of growth. Over the coming months, we’ll be focused on: • Donor cultivation and stewardship • Volunteer and ambassador engagement • Fundraising pipeline development and reporting • Event fundraising optimization • Internal capacity and team alignment The challenge for many growing nonprofits isn’t a lack of mission or community support. It’s building the fundraising engine required to sustain and scale that impact. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help make that happen. #FundraisingStrategy #NonprofitLeadership #DonorEngagement #RevenueGrowth #CapacityBuilding #TheWinWoman

How do you build a revenue engine that creates unrestricted growth? Join me live with Lakeisha Palmer, Executive Director of Teach For America's Florida Regions, as we discuss a question nonprofit leaders do not ask often enough: Many organizations are working harder than ever, hosting events, pursuing restricted funding, and stretching already lean teams, yet they are not seeing meaningful growth in unrestricted revenue. I continue to see fundraising teams caught in cycles of activity instead of building the systems that create predictable, long-term growth. This is exactly what we will explore during this Executive Forum. We are bringing together nonprofit leaders to answer one critical question: How do you build a revenue engine that creates unrestricted growth in the next 120 days? In this conversation, we will discuss: • How nonprofits can create more predictable, unrestricted revenue without relying on a single funding source • Where organizations unintentionally leave revenue opportunities untapped • What leading nonprofits are doing differently to strengthen donor pipelines and build sustainable revenue growth If you are evaluating your next fundraising strategy, this is a conversation you do not want to miss. Join me live with Soraya Rivera-Moya, Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida, as we discuss a question nonprofit leaders do not ask often enough: What fundraising efforts should we stop investing in? Many organizations are working harder than ever, hosting events, pursuing restricted funding, and stretching already lean teams, yet they are not seeing meaningful growth in unrestricted revenue. I continue to see fundraising teams caught in cycles of activity instead of building the systems that create predictable, long-term growth. This is exactly what we will explore during this Executive Forum. We are bringing together nonprofit leaders to answer one critical question: How do you identify fundraising efforts that are no longer producing ROI and reallocate your team’s time, energy, and resources toward higher-return revenue opportunities? In this conversation, we will discuss: • How to recognize when fundraising activity creates movement but not measurable growth • Where nonprofits unintentionally leave revenue opportunities untapped • What leading organizations are doing differently to strengthen donor pipelines and create more sustainable growth If you are evaluating your next fundraising strategy, this is a conversation you do not want to miss. When your nonprofit is in constant crisis mode, execution feels like the only answer. Hire a consultant. Launch a campaign. Just do something, fast. But here's the truth: operating from fight-or-flight doesn't create sustainability. It creates burnout, missed opportunities, and strategies that don't stick. The instinct to move quickly is understandable. Revenue needs are real. Capacity gaps are pressing. But skipping strategic clarity in favor of immediate action often leads to more of the same cycle: reacting instead of leading. Many leaders treat strategic planning like a one-time event. A retreat. A document. Then back to the urgent work. The organizations that win treat strategy differently. They approach it as a living, breathing exercise. They revisit it quarterly, infuse it with real-time data, and build funder and community voice into the process from the start. They make sure stakeholders are involved, not just consulted after decisions are made. Strategy isn't a luxury. It's the foundation that makes execution effective. It's what turns activity into impact and effort into results that funders recognize and support. If your nonprofit is ready to move from reactive to strategic, we can help you build that clarity without losing momentum. Miami funders are looking for more than good intentions. They're investing in organizations that bring strategic clarity and operational scale to create lasting, systemic change. Here's what stands out in conversations with funders across South Florida: Funders know that vision without infrastructure stalls progress, and growth without direction wastes resources. They're backing organizations that can demonstrate both strategic thinking and the ability to execute at scale. Addressing root causes rather than surface-level symptoms signals long-term viability and meaningful impact. Funders want to see how your work shifts the ecosystem, not just serves individuals. Systems-level transformation attracts capital. Organizations that build strategic partnerships and work within networks create ripple effects that solo efforts cannot achieve. Funders recognize that collective action drives sustainable change, and they invest accordingly. If your nonprofit is ready to translate strategy into execution and demonstrate measurable impact that attracts funding, we can help you build that foundation.
