Tax season update ⬇️ The SC Legislature is currently working on a bill to conform with the current Internal Revenue Code, including the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. We know people have questions about how this might impact them. If it passes, we’ll provide more information as soon as possible—including guidance for people who have already filed. 🚨 In the meantime, we’re automatically extending the deadline for all 2025 SC Individual Income Tax returns to October 15. → You don’t need to take any action to take advantage of this extension. → The extension applies only to filing your state return, not your federal return. → If you owe taxes, you’re still required to pay by April 15.
