The Okefenokee Swamp has made history! The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge has officially been inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s the first in Georgia, the first-ever for a U.S. National Wildlife Refuge, and the first natural World Heritage site designated in the United States in 30 years. 🥾New trails are now open at Lost Canyon Ranch Open Space. The Conservation Fund helped the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado, permanently protect this 681-acre ranch so people can enjoy it for generations to come and wildlife can thrive. Now, it's open to the public with 10 miles of new hiking trails winding through rolling grasslands, forests, hoodoo rock formations, and stunning canyon views.
