Our business started in a trailer. Today we’re on the Inc. 5000 list. 📈 Tactacam began as a simple camera built so Ben Stern’s grandfather could see what Ben saw in the woods. Fast forward to today: we’re building sophisticated IoT devices that put those early prototypes to shame—ranking #1,771 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The early days were messy. Exhausting weekends at trade shows, late nights packing boxes by hand, and a lot of trial and error. It was worth it. We design tech to be adaptable—and DEFEND 360 proves it. DEFEND 360 is a cellular security tool built to handle tough, off-grid environments. Turns out, the same features that make 360 a standout for remote security also make it an incredible scouting tool for hunters. Instead of guessing where game is moving outside a fixed camera's frame, hunters are using DEFEND 360 to sweep entire food plots, monitor trail junctions, and more—all from their phone. An estimated 31% of American households were victims of a porch pirate in the past 12 months, and the problem is particularly acute in rural areas. Why?
