Change can be difficult, but it’s often necessary. The decision to move the Sundance Institute to Colorado was a big swing - the kind of decision that asks an organization to look ahead, embrace change and imagine what the next chapter can be. What makes a moment like this possible is an exceptional team. From the boardroom to senior leadership, I’ve seen an extraordinary level of thoughtfulness, commitment and collaboration throughout this process. Decisions of this scale are never the work of one person. They happen because talented people come together, challenge one another, and remain focused on what matters most. The success of making big swings comes down to an awesome team; and that spirit of taking big swings is part of Sundance’s DNA, rooted in the vision of our founder, Robert Redford, and his belief in the power of independent storytelling. As Chair, I’m incredibly proud of the team behind this next chapter for Sundance. Check out the article below! Inc. Magazine https://lnkd.in/e_qz-_zH
