We’re heading to the Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo. Join Rhonda Chaney, Kevin Maxfield, and Dalton Bond as they connect with realtors and referral partners from across Florida. We understand a real estate transaction may end at closing, but the relationship with your client doesn’t. We’re looking forward to discussing ways realtors can continue supporting buyers and sellers through one of the most important parts of the homeownership experience: the move itself. If you’re attending, we’d love to connect and learn more about your business. #FloridaRealtors #RealEstate #ClientExperience #ReferralPartners #Suddath

Add technology planning, system design, deployment, and support in there and we can deliver quite the turn key solution under the Suddath umbrella!
A hotel opening date does not move just because construction timelines do. At the Wilshire Grand in downtown Los Angeles, Suddath was brought in to support a 900-room FF&E installation on an already aggressive timeline. After regulatory and construction delays put the opening date at risk, our team built a new plan around the reality on site. That meant more labor, more trucking, a revised offloading strategy, and around-the-clock shifts to keep the project moving. The result: 2.5 million pounds of FF&E moved, 900 guest rooms installed, and the project timeline compressed by 50%. For hospitality projects, the work is not just about moving product. It is about protecting the opening date.
