You can now sign up for a Stedi production account for as little as $25. We launched our pay-as-you-go pricing plan in June. With pay-as-you-go pricing, you only pay Stedi for the transactions that you use. There are no commitments, setup fees, or monthly minimums. It's a great way for businesses to check out Stedi. Previously, you needed a starting balance of $100 to sign up for the pay-as-you-go plan. By default, Stedi topped up your account with an extra $100 whenever your balance dropped below $25. Now, you only need a starting balance of $25 to get started. And, by default, we top up your account with an extra $25 when the balance drops below $10. If you're already on the pay-as-you-go plan, your amounts stay the same. Admins can change the top-up and trigger amounts anytime on the billing page. More info in the announcement blog. Link below.

  • Congratulations to Televero Behavioral Health on being named to the #Inc5000 list of fastest-growing private companies – two years running. We're proud to have Televero as a Stedi customer. Televero is an online behavioral health practice available across 43 states. What sets Televero apart is coordination. A doctor leads each patient's care team of licensed therapists and psychiatrists. Therapy, psychiatry, and testing stay under one team, not scattered across providers the patient has to manage themselves. Televero also offers same-day access. Patients start care the day they reach out, not weeks later. And because care is 100% online, someone in a rural county gets the same access as someone in New York City, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

For the second consecutive year, Televero Behavioral Health has been named to the 2026 #Inc5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies, ranking No. 364. This reflects 961% three-year revenue growth as we expand physician-led behavioral health care to 43 states. Same-day access. Psychiatrist-led care teams. All insurance accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Outcomes we track and report: 97% patient satisfaction and 85% of patients showing measurable improvement by their first follow-up. "People hear what we have built, and they call it too good to be true. In behavioral healthcare, referrals break. Clinician quality is luck, not process. And nobody can tell you whether the patient actually got better. We built Televero to fix all three of those things inside one system. Providers are protected from administrative friction so they can focus entirely on patient care. Every patient is assessed at intake and reassessed on a structured schedule. The loop closes every time. Others in this space are solving pieces of the problem. We built the whole thing. This ranking, two years in a row, tells us we were right to." — Ray Wolf, CEO, Televero Behavioral Health  Televero isn't a patch on the existing system of behavioral healthcare. It's a redesign of it. #BehavioralHealth #HealthcareInnovation #MentalHealthCare

Meet the expert behind dental payer connectivity: Arna Meyer. As Technical Product Manager at Stedi and Chair of the WEDI Dental Workgroup, Arna doesn't just work within the standards that govern how dental payer data moves nationally, she helps set them. On August 26th, she's joining our live session to show what happens when one connection handles eligibility, claims, status checks, and remittance — all of it, without your team juggling separate tools for each. Session: From 20 Minutes to 20 Seconds: Automate Dental Eligibility, Claims & Collections Without Leaving Your PMS If you've ever wondered why your clearinghouse handles the query but still leaves your team doing manual work, Arna's the person who can explain exactly where that gap comes from and how it closes. 📅10 AM PDT Join live session with Arna: https://lnkd.in/dqpMcMaZ Manisha Khadge | Arun Badole #DentalRCM #WEDI #HealthTech #PayerConnectivity #OpenDental #PMS

Independent clinicians shouldn't have to become billing experts to get paid for the care they provide. That's what we're working to solve at SimplePractice. Insurance is one of the biggest challenges for those in private practice, so we've made it our job to absorb that complexity for them, not pass it along. Claim rejections and ERA enrollment were two of the areas causing the most friction. We rebuilt both this year, and 75% of ERA enrollments now complete without a provider touching them after starting work with Stedi. Simpler billing means more time for clients, and more providers able to build and sustain their practice. Details below 👇 https://lnkd.in/p/gJ7tJDgF

SimplePractice is a practice management and EHR platform for independent mental and behavioral health practices. More than 250,000 providers use it. In 2025, it supported 63 million insurance appointments. Independent behavioral health practices choose SimplePractice because it makes insurance and billing as easy as possible. Before working with Stedi, two things got in the way. The first was claim rejections. Before a payer processes a claim, it runs the claim through a list of validation checks called edits. If the claim fails an edit, the payer rejects it. Some edits are the same across payers, but many are specific to a single payer. To help providers catch errors sooner, healthcare clearinghouses write their own edits that copy the payer's. The edits from SimplePractice's previous clearinghouse didn't catch enough. So SimplePractice wrote its own. Payer quirks turned into custom logic it had to maintain. The second was ERA transaction enrollment – the series of steps a provider has to complete to receive electronic remittances (ERAs) at their clearinghouse. Every payer requires a transaction enrollment for ERAs, and every payer handles it differently. "ERA transaction enrollment forms were one of the biggest pain points for our customers," says Shehzad Moiz, VP of Product at SimplePractice. "The provider would get a PDF, then they'd have to print it out, fill it out in blue ink, and mail it in. That's where they stopped. We automated what we could, but that was never going to scale one payer at a time." To address both of these issues, SimplePractice moved claims and ERA enrollments to Stedi. Stedi's edits now catch payer-specific errors in real time, so SimplePractice doesn't write its own. 75% of its ERA enrollments complete without the provider touching them. Production traffic started within a month of signing up. Shehzad credits Stedi's real-time support for the pace. "The quality of support Stedi has given us has been phenomenal," says Shehzad. "Engineers are always skeptics, and given the hardships endured through a prior clearinghouse migration, there was a lot of scar tissue. Our experience with Stedi has healed that." Full case study linked below.
