Today, we're shipping three major improvements to Stanley Studio. We're building the best AI video editor out there. Here's what's new: 1. Exports now happen in the cloud, so you can go from a finished video to posting without waiting on your computer. 2. Shared folders let your whole team edit, review, and ship videos together. 3. The new prompt wand turns rough ideas into specific, agent-friendly instructions. And when Studio needs more context, it asks clarifying questions with customizable choices before it starts building. We've been working hard so you can export faster, collaborate easier, and make better first edits. Enjoy! The link to try is in the comments :)

Stan is hiring two people to build the future of content with us. Here’s who I’m looking for: 1. Growth, Stanley Studio (Toronto or NYC, in-person) Stanley Studio is the AI video editor we’ve been building for Creators. You’ll own growth across content, UGC, Creator partnerships, launches, and experiments. Your job is simple: get Studio into the hands of as many people as possible. We grew Studio from 0 to 20k ARR. I need this person to help us take it to 100. 2. Creative Associate, Stanley (NYC, in-person) You’ll help us make internet-native content around Stanley, our products, our founders, and everything happening inside the company. You should be able to take an idea from brief to final. Shoot, produce, edit, and ship content people actually want to watch. I joined Stan to make videos. Somehow that turned into helping build Studio from scratch and leading content at the company. Now I need two cracked people to help me take both way further. Just like how my founders bet on me when I joined, I want to give this opportunity to two other people who are hungry to grow. I care more about proof of work, taste, and how badly you want it than a perfect résumé. If you’re obsessed with Creators, startups, and the internet, comment “interested” or DM me. I'll be in touch!

Most Creators think the sale ends at checkout. That mistake is costing them hundreds of dollars. Someone buys, the payment hits, and that's it. Onto the next one. Feels normal, right? It's also the exact moment the money starts walking out the door 💸 Because the person who just paid is the warmest lead you'll ever get. Wallet's already out, guard's down, and you've got maybe 30 seconds of full attention. Most stores spend that window saying thank you. The Creators who figured this out spend it selling. They've got something running underneath that keeps earning after the first yes (and somehow still works when someone says no). You build it one time, and after that it does the follow-up for you. Here's how to turn one sale into two (or three) 👇

I got humbled after attending my first co-working event @ Stan Last week, me, Dave Ta, Jeremiah Danniel Wong went to Stan. I didn’t have any plan, I just wanna know what’s going on. The event was going great until I met people my age who are building startups, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars. Some others create contents on Instagram and have thousands of followers. I always thought I have a lot of time until I met them. Imma be honest, I got overwhelmed at first. However, after gathering my thoughts, I realized I wasn’t seeing the full story behind their success. They didn’t just get there because of “luck alone”. They put in the time and effort for years. Looking at what they have done, it actually makes sense why they are where they are now. I know this sounds cliché, but basically I shouldn't compare my chapter 1 with someone's chapter 9 or even 15. I realized I just started late, and I can be in my chapter 9 in few years if I "lock in" hard enough. What's suprising me the most was the people who are far ahead of me were very approachable. I met Jonathan Tsugawa at the event and he was so friendly. He actually spent time with us to chat and take pictures together even tho he was working. Shout out to Stan for the great event and great pics!!

My team filmed 3 days of what it actually takes to run a $40M/year company. We opened our NYC office and shipped some of Stanley's most important features that week with cameras rolling the whole time. Full vlog is live on my YouTube 🎬 Link in the comments. Let me know what you found the most interesting!

We built Stan to $40M by building in public - and now we've turned everything we learned into an AI Agent. This is everything we shipped this week... Content Repurposing for Threads Stanley already writes your content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Now he repurposes it for Threads too. - Write one tweet, post the same thing to X and Threads at the same time - Stanley proactively pings you: "Hey John, that Instagram post outperformed. Want me to repurpose it for Threads?" - One tap. Free views, free likes, on an audience you weren't even trying to build. There's so much attention sitting on Threads that almost nobody is capturing. Feels like free money. Image Generation Stanley now plugs into every major image model out there. Last week one of my tweets hit. Within 30 seconds Stanley had turned it into an Instagram carousel, fully designed, ready to post. No designer, no Canva, no back and forth. Just the content I already wrote, repackaged for a completely different audience. That used to take me an hour. Now it takes one tap. Mobile App iMessage is still home base for me and Stanley. Texting your AI will always be the best interface. But editing a full post inside a text thread? Clumsy as hell. So now Stanley sends you a link. You tap it, pull up the app, and you're editing your post, checking insights, reviewing analytics. All in one place, all on your phone. Stanley is still really early. But we're shipping like crazy, and the feedback so far has been better than I expected. If you want to beta test him for free, click here: getstanley.ai
