🎉 As we wrapped up the first half of the year and looked ahead to everything we're building in the second half, our team took a moment to pause, recharge, and reconnect. To celebrate, we traded spreadsheets for smoothies and we set up an in-office smoothie bar to fuel up and reset before diving into what's next. Then we took the energy up a notch with a team outing to Thriller Social Club for some friendly competition and good old-fashioned fun. 🎲 Moments like these remind us that great work is built on relationships and shared energy, not just hitting milestones. Here's to an incredible H1, an even better H2, and a team that knows how to work hard and have fun while doing it. 🚀 #LifeAtSprig #CompanyKickoff

Join us on Wednesday for an Industry Spotlight with Rie McGwier on building research systems that operate like products. August 19th at 10:00 am - 10:45 am PT Rie will be sharing four lessons they learned from building a continuous insights system; check out a sneak peek of what they'll be digging into below. You'll walk away with concrete steps to become the architect of your own system, even amid the uncertainty around research's role today and how it shows up across the product-building lifecycle. Thrilled to host Rie McGwier, UX Measurement and AI-Insights Researcher at Figma, for our next Industry Spotlight webinar. What tells you it’s time to automate part of your research workflow? Rie will share how to scale a continuous sentiment measurement system to keep pace with rapid product cycles, including the signals, systems, and guardrails that make it possible. Make sure to bring your questions for the live Q&A! Save your seat: https://lnkd.in/gCQyE3x6

🍾 Different quarter, same incredible team! As we look back on Q2, we’re taking a moment to celebrate four people who continuously go above and beyond, not just in their day-to-day work, but in how they live out our company values. Please join us in celebrating four incredible Sprigsters as our Q2 2026 Values Awards winners: 🍾 ▪️ Never Settle | Samy Laumonier (Senior Software Engineer); Samy pushes past the first workable answer to find the right one. He's the person teammates trust to unblock them, treating "good enough" as a starting point rather than a finish line—a standard that raises the bar for everyone around him. ▪️ Sprig Speed | Abby Malzewski (Marketing Associate); Abby moves remarkably fast across shifting priorities without dropping quality—delivering hundreds of initiatives on time, carrying entire programs solo when needed, and jumping in the moment she spots a chance to help. ▪️ Win as a Team | Laura Desmond-Black (Product Lead); Laura keeps the broader goal front and center, connecting Leadership, EPD, and GTM with clear communication. Even under pressure, she stays patient and focused on shared success over individual credit—exactly why so many functions rely on her. ▪️ End with Simplicity | Elliot 👨💻 Sadler (Senior Software Engineer); Elliot consistently turns urgent, messy problems into clean, resolved outcomes. Whether he's handling late-night debugging or tackling major builds like our AI file upload work, he treats every issue as his own and cuts through the complexity to leave us with something simple, solid, and fully resolved. We’re so lucky to work alongside people like Samy, Abby, Laura, and Elliot. Huge congrats on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for making a huge impact every single day! 🥳 🙌

In an era of rapid technology shifts, researchers are moving away from being purveyors of isolated data points and toward becoming architects of continuous insight systems. Join Rie McGwier, UX Measurement and AI-Insights Researcher at Figma, as they share how to scale a continuous sentiment measurement system across an enterprise product portfolio. Whether you're leading a large department or operating as a team of one, this session will outline how to build a high-caliber, automated research system that keeps pace with rapid product cycles. You'll learn how to: → Leverage modern AI tools to bypass traditional resource bottlenecks → Master your data logic using manual loops before attempting to scale your infrastructure → Secure organizational buy-in by delivering immediate user value while quietly building deep foundational systems 📅 Wednesday, August 19 at 10:00 am PT Save your seat here: https://lnkd.in/gCQyE3x6

50 all-star research leaders joined us in Palo Alto last week for the Experience Research Summit. ✨ Following a half-day of speaker sessions and guided discussion on how they're leading their teams through AI transformation, attendees left with concrete takeaways on how to structure their modern-day research workflow. Di Meng, Melissa Housman Sotelo & Derick Chui had especially sharp takes following James Villacci, M.A. UXC keynote, which identified what it means for researchers to stay "on the loop" and the three emerging types of research leaders: - The Resister, concerned about losing rigor and craft to AI - The Delegator, who hands everything to AI and keeps no oversight - The Orchestrator, who guides the agents and interprets the findings Does this sound like a room you'd like to be part of? Join us for the next Summit in our series on September 30th at the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle. Expect multiple speaker sessions and candid, interactive discussions with fellow leaders shaping the future of research. If you're a VP, Director, or Head of Research/Insights, apply to join us in Seattle here: https://lnkd.in/gwSuqveY

Every researcher I know (myself included) has a "table stakes" list of features for survey tools. Mine has always been deployment options (e.g. email, link etc.), access to panels (to field prospects etc.) and of course ability to conduct advanced analysis (like conjoint)...we shipped all three this morning. When you add these "table stakes" to multi-agentic workflows, the skies the limit! What else is "table stakes" for you when it comes to surveys? https://lnkd.in/g9d_uYXS
