Job hunting can easily feel like a full-time job in itself. Between copying and pasting the same resume data into dozens of different application portals and keeping track of deadlines, the overhead adds up fast. Recently, I’ve been using Simplify to streamline my application process, and it has been a complete game changer. Instead of wasting time on repetitive form-filling, Simplify automates the tedious parts of the job hunt, allowing me to focus on what actually matters: finding the right roles and prepping for interviews. Why I Highly Recommend It: ⚡ Time-Saving: Cuts down application times drastically. 📂 Seamless Integration: Keeps your resume data structured and ready to deploy instantly. If you’re currently navigating the job market or looking to optimize your application workflow, I highly recommend checking out Simplify. Huge shoutout to Michael Yan and his team building this incredible tool out for making the job search a little less chaotic! 🚀

A big shoutout to Michael Yan for creating Simplify. Back when I was in college, applying for jobs was almost a job on its own. One thing that always drove me crazy was Workday. You upload your resume, then spend another 20 minutes filling out the exact same information manually. When you're balancing classes, clubs, assignments, and trying to find a job, that extra time really adds up. I did use Simplify during my job search, and looking back, I wish I had utilized it more. For students and recent graduates currently applying for jobs, have you used Simplify yet? What other tools have helped make the process easier?

Wrapping up day 1 as an AI Engineer Intern at Juniper Square! The team is incredibly welcoming and passionate. I want to strengthen my understanding of the financial world and so it’s exciting to see how Juniper Square continues to impact the private market space by streamlining how General Partners and Limited Partners work together. A massive thank you to Brankica (Baki) Aguilar, Conner Dunn, and Cole Jancsar for making the process smooth and engaging. On a side note, I landed this role after applying through Simplify earlier this year. The platform made navigating the competitive AI job hunt so much smoother. (Michael Yan, it works! 🫡) Looking forward to building with some of the best in the industry! #AI #SoftwareEngineering #Internship #JuniperSquare #Simplify

Would you still apply to your dream job if you knew you only had a 40% keyword match? Probably not, but millions of job seekers do it every day without realizing it. Fortunately, there's a free tool called Simplify that can check your score within seconds before you hit submit. Here's what it's actually telling you: recruiters filter by keywords when they're sorting through applicants. If the skill is real but it's not on your resume, you're invisible in that search. And if a recruiter does pull up your profile, they're scanning for the same terms in about 6 seconds. Simplify shows you what's missing before any of that happens. The rule is simple: only add what you actually have. But if you have it and haven't written it in, that's a free callback you're leaving on the table. 🙂Watch this demo video before your next application. Most job seekers apply hoping they're a fit. Top performers verify it first.

I’d like to publicly thank Michael Yan for getting me a job. During my sophomore year, I didn’t have a polished resume or brand-name internships. So I did what most students do: spam apply and hope something sticks. The problem was each application took 20+ minutes, which meant my life was disappearing for a small chance at a response. Then I saw a post from Michael about Simplify. Apparently, using his app, I could just fill out my information once and it would then autofill future applications. I tried it and it worked. I probably applied to 30 internships that day alone. That recruiting season ended with my dream internship. That internship turned into my dream full-time offer. This isn’t a sponsored post. I’ve never even spoken to Michael once in my life. It’s just what happens when you build something so genuinely useful that people advocate for it on their own free will. _____________ ⭐ Like or share this post! 💻 Follow for more career content

I’ll be honest — I was a doubter at first. Another AI tool promising to “simplify” things? I’ve heard that pitch before. But after using Simplify to track, apply, and tailor my search… I’m a believer. Instead of juggling messy spreadsheets, repetitive applications, and endless copy-pasting, Simplify’s AI takes care of the busywork. It auto-fills apps, recommends roles aligned to my profile, and even helps tailor resumes with a click. The result? I spend more time preparing for conversations and less time wrestling with forms. The company itself is impressive too: founded in 2020, backed by Y Combinator and Craft, and already helping over 1M job seekers apply faster and smarter. Shout-outs to the genius leadership driving the Simplify revolution: 👉 Michael Yan – Co-Founder 👉 Rushil S. – Co-Founder 👉 Ethan Horoschak – Co-Founder Simplify Jobs So why is Simplify crushing the AI job-search game? One-profile, infinite jobs – Create your profile once, and Simplify matches you, auto-fills, and even helps tweak your resume for each role. If you’re still skeptical like I was, try it out. Simplify has turned AI from buzzword into real value for job seekers. #AI #JobSearch #CareerGrowth #Recruiting #FutureOfWork #TechInnovation #ATS #Automation #JobSeekers #SimplifyYourSearch

I landed job offers at Meta & Microsoft because I applied to jobs within a few hours of them being posted. A month ago, I shared a job search hack that ended up going viral and getting featured in Business Insider, Fortune, and most recently Spanish TikTok. If you're curious, here's the hack I shared to find the most up-to-date jobs on LinkedIn: Everyone knows that applying for jobs early increases your chances of getting an interview, but it's SO inefficient scrolling through hundreds of jobs to find the newest ones. Luckily, I found a hack on LinkedIn to only filter for jobs that have been posted within the past HOUR: 1. Search for your role on LinkedIn and select the "Past 24 hours" filter. 2. In the URL, change "86400" to "3600". 3. Hit enter, and now you’re only seeing jobs posted in the last hour! 💡Why does this work? LinkedIn uses seconds to define time filters in its job search URL. 24 hours = 86400 seconds. 1 hour = 3600 seconds. It's just a hacky way to show the newest job postings before everyone sees them 👀 Grateful for all the views, but next time please choose a better photo of me 😭 P.S. Once you find the job, you'll still have to fill out the application. Here's a free extension that autofills your job apps: https://lnkd.in/g_gV-9gZ
