Our new Member Access is here, bringing enhanced security, new features, and a more intuitive experience for our online and SECU Mobile App users. Thank you to the more than one million members who have already signed in to manage accounts and explore what’s new. We understand that some members were initially unable to upgrade the SECU Mobile App due to device operating system requirements. In response to your feedback, we’re pleased to share that we have since expanded compatibility and the app is now available on even more devices, including Android 11 and higher. Members with these expanded operating systems can now update the app through their device’s app store. If you prefer not to use the mobile app or have an incompatible device, Member Access remains available through your desktop or mobile web browser. Thank you for your patience and feedback as we continue improving your digital banking experience.

The new Member Access is almost here! As part of the planned update to our online and mobile banking services, we are performing system maintenance from 6 p.m. Friday, June 5 through Sunday June 7. During this time, Member Access and the SECU Mobile App are unavailable. Our other self-service and member support channels remain available, including SECU’s 1,100 CashPoints® ATMs, ASK-SECU Voice Response, and our Member Services Support team available 24/7 at (888) 732-8562. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your digital banking experience.

To prepare for the launch of our new Member Access experience, we will be performing system maintenance from 6 p.m. Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 7. During this time, Member Access and the Mobile App will be unavailable, including the online card lock and unlock feature. SECU credit and debit cards will continue to work for purchases, ATM withdrawals, and other transactions. However, if your card is currently locked and you plan to use it during the maintenance window, please plan to unlock it prior to June 5.
