📚 Join Us in Making a Difference! We’re excited to kick off the annual First Book Fundraiser, helping ensure that all kids have access to the books they need to learn, grow, and succeed. From August 8-30, every dd’s DISCOUNTS® store will be collecting donations to support local schools and literacy programs. Through our nonprofit partner, First Book, these funds will help purchase and distribute new books to children in all our dd’s communities. This year marks the 17th year of our partnership with First Book. Thanks to the support of our Customers and Associates, we've already helped provide more than 3 million books to children since 2009. 📚🎒 Making a difference, one backpack at a time. As students prepare for a new school year, Ross Associates came together to make a meaningful impact in communities across the country. Through our Back to School Drive, we raised $5,860 for school supplies, collected hundreds of backpacks, and donated a total of 1,063 backpacks to support local students nationwide. Associates across our offices and Distribution Centers played an important role by donating funds and backpacks, with some also helping fill each backpack with essential school supplies and handwritten notes of encouragement. The backpacks were then distributed to local Boys & Girls Clubs across the country, helping students begin the school year with the tools they need to succeed. We are proud of the collective effort that made this initiative possible and grateful to everyone who contributed to supporting students and families in our communities. #LifeAtRoss
