AIM Research has recognized Qubika as one of the world’s leading providers of Databricks services in its 2026 evaluation of market penetration and technology maturity. Qubika was named a Leader and achieved one of the top three technology maturity scores among the companies evaluated. Thank you to Navaneeth Ramesh and the entire AIM Research team for the recognition. And congratulations to everyone across Qubika who contributes every day to building, strengthening, and maturing our Databricks capabilities. This recognition reflects the expertise and commitment of the entire team. Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/gxvFaP7n
AIM Research Launches the Top Databricks Services Partners PeMa Quadrant 2026 Enterprise demand for consolidation, lakehouse modernization, and agentic AI on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform is soaring. To help buyers evaluate leading services partners, AIM Research has released its annual benchmark assessing 16 Consulting & SI partners across Market Penetration (Pe) and Technology Maturity (Ma). The study draws on RFI submissions and discussions, evaluating providers on delivery scale, partnership standing, client base and growth, joint go-to-market execution, validated IP and accelerators, certification depth, production deployment scale, and platform operations. Key Observations: Data Foundations Still Drive Bulk Volume: Despite the industry-wide push toward AI, foundational workloads like Lakehouse Builds, Cloud Data Migration, and ETL Modernization still represent 50% to 75% of overall delivery volume. Shift to AI-Powered & Accelerator-Led Modernization: Speed to value is now mandatory. Over 60-70% of implementations rely on codified accelerators and AI-assisted code-conversion engines, compressing legacy migration timelines from 9 to 12 months down to 4 to 6 months. Task-Oriented AI Workflows: Differentiation has shifted from passive RAG and static dashboards to multi-agent orchestration systems. Top-tier partners are deploying autonomous agents for tasks like root-cause analysis, dynamic pricing, and automated compliance routing. Graph Ontologies Bridge the Semantics Gap: To prevent AI hallucinations and connect fragmented enterprise systems, leading practices are integrating knowledge graphs, domain ontologies, and semantic layers natively into the Lakehouse. Embedded FinOps & Continuous Observability: Driven by enterprise focus on managing compute and consumption spend, FinOps, automated cluster right-sizing, and cost-attribution frameworks have become the fastest-growing category of partner IP. Ecosystem Mechanics Favor Specialized Integrators: Because consumption-based compute models make large first-party delivery teams economically unviable, complex legacy platform consolidations run almost entirely through specialized system integrators by design. We're excited to welcome the community to our Montevideo headquarters for the first public #Claude Meetup! As part of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, we're committed to bringing the AI community together to share practical experiences and explore what's possible with Claude. The evening will feature two talks from industry leaders. Adolfo Salge, Head of Supply & Delivery Experience Uruguay at Mercado Pago, will demonstrate how anyone can get value from Claude, even without a programming background. Martín Biganzoli, Engineering Studio Manager at Qubika, will share how AI can help people make better decisions - and even how he ended up taking 1st place in a World Cup prediction pool out of 500,000 participants. We'll also have a hands-on workshop where attendees can put Claude into practice. To join us on August 27 at our Montevideo headquarters, register here! https://luma.com/meo9gm9p

AI coding success depends less on choosing the most powerful model and more on the #harness that manages context, model routing, and quality throughout the development lifecycle. In his latest article, Nicolas Gerolami, AI Technical Director and Solutions Architect at Qubika, explores why this often-overlooked layer is the real driver of productivity, drawing on both Qubika's experience delivering AI-assisted software for clients and Databricks' recent benchmark to show how the right engineering approach can accelerate delivery while reducing costs. 👉 The harness is the real differentiator: Learn why context management, workflow orchestration, and automated quality gates have a greater impact than simply using the latest LLM. 👉 Optimize for outcomes, not model size: Discover how routing tasks to the right models reduces costs while maintaining quality and consistency. 👉 Backed by real-world results: See how Qubika's delivery experience aligns with Databricks' research, demonstrating aggregate 2.1× faster delivery and showing how a well-designed harness can significantly lower AI development costs.
