The future of quantum and photonic technology depends on more than innovation. It depends on reliability. QCi is looking for a Reliability Test Engineer to help make sure our next-generation systems are ready to perform in the real world. You’ll have the opportunity to build and automate test setups, develop reliability and qualification strategies, investigate failure modes, analyze performance data, and work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to turn innovative designs into robust, production-ready systems. If you’re an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, getting hands-on with hardware, and figuring out why things fail (and how to make them better), this could be the opportunity for you. Interested in helping us push quantum and photonic technology forward? Check out the role and apply today: https://shorturl.at/DZiVC #Hiring #Engineering #ReliabilityEngineering #QuantumComputing #Photonics #QCi #JobOpp

Happy Birthday, Erwin Schrödinger! Today, we’re celebrating the physicist behind one of quantum mechanics’ most famous thought experiments: Schrödinger’s cat paradox. A cat that’s both alive and dead? Sounds strange. But that strange idea helped spark one of the biggest questions in quantum science: what happens when the rules of our everyday world break down? Decades later, we’re still exploring that question and pushing the boundaries of what quantum technology can do. At QCi, we’re focused on taking quantum out of the realm of theory and putting it to work in the real world. Because the future of quantum isn’t just about understanding what’s possible, it’s about making it useful. Here’s to Schrödinger, the questions he challenged us to ask, and the quantum possibilities that are still waiting to be explored. #QuantumComputing #QuantumTechnology #Schrodinger #QuantumPhysics #QCi #Innovation

What happens when quantum meets photonics? The possibilities are huge. At the Optica Advanced Photonics Industry Summit, Chief Product Officer Pouya Dianat, PhD, joined a session with industry, academic, and government leaders to explore the technologies and challenges shaping the future of quantum photonics. The discussion explored some big questions: How do we scale quantum photonics for real-world applications? What photonic technologies will make the biggest impact? And how quickly can we move these innovations from the lab to commercialization? From quantum computing and networking to sensing, photonics has the potential to play a critical role in making quantum technology practical and scalable. We’re excited to be part of these conversations and to help push quantum technology from possibility to reality. #QuantumComputing #Quantum #Photonics #QuantumPhotonics #AdvancedPhotonics #Innovation

What do Paul Dirac and QCi have in common? A belief that the way we understand the world can be transformed by thinking differently. Born on August 8, 1902, Paul Dirac was a pioneer of quantum mechanics whose work fundamentally changed how we understand the universe. His contributions continue to influence quantum science more than a century later. At QCi, we’re proud to honor his legacy through Dirac-3, our photonic quantum optimization system built to bring practical quantum computing closer to solving real-world problems. From Dirac’s groundbreaking theories to today’s efforts to put quantum technology into the hands of people everywhere, innovation starts with asking new questions and challenging what we think is possible. Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of Paul Dirac and the ideas that continue to inspire quantum innovation. Happy Birthday, Paul Dirac! #PaulDirac #Dirac3 #QuantumComputing #QuantumTechnology #Photonics #Innovation #QCi
