Over 14 years at Perdue, Drew Getty has continued to take on increasing responsibilities, deepen his understanding of our business and earn the trust of colleagues across the company. The future of agriculture depends on the next generation of farmers. Last week, we were proud to join Whole Foods Market, the National Young Farmers Coalition, and fellow supporters to celebrate the launch of the Next Generation Farmer Fund and participate in the Nasdaq Closing Bell ceremony. It was especially meaningful to celebrate alongside farmers and ranchers—including Niman Ranch farmer Trisha Zachman—whose passion, stewardship, and dedication embody exactly what this initiative is all about. As an inaugural supporting partner, Perdue Farms is helping support beginning farmers who are adopting climate-smart and sustainable farming practices. The fund is designed to help young producers access the resources they need to build successful operations, strengthen their communities, and carry agriculture forward for generations to come. For more than 100 years, we've worked alongside family farmers, and we're honored to be part of an initiative that invests in the next generation of agricultural leaders. 🦖🤝🐶 What do Yummy Dino Buddies and the PAW Patrol pups have in common? They’re teaming up to bring new adventures to dinnertime. Just in time for PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, we’re excited to announce one of Perdue’s brands, Yummy, is bringing its iconic dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets to consumers in special packaging to mark the pups’ latest big-screen rescue. It’s the same tasty, high-quality, no antibiotics ever chicken nuggets families love—with a prehistoric twist. The fun doesn’t stop at the dinner table. As part of the celebration, fans will also have a chance to win a private premiere experience of PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie. Three lucky winners. One unforgettable adventure. Behind every great partnership is a team willing to collaborate and move with purpose. We’re proud of the associates who helped turn a movie moment into a meaningful experience for families. At Perdue, we know a strong food system starts with strong farming communities. That's why we were proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 26th Annual Blessing of the Combines in Snow Hill, Maryland, this past weekend. Thousands gathered to celebrate the farmers, farm families, and agricultural traditions that have shaped the Eastern Shore for generations. Perdue associates joined the festivities with two Perdue trucks in the parade and a Touch-A-Truck experience for local families. Events like this remind us of the power of community, the importance of agriculture, and the people whose hard work helps feed our nation every day.

As another summer of internships comes to a close, we're celebrating the talented students who chose to spend it with Perdue Farms. This year, 72 interns—our largest class ever—joined teams across the company, bringing fresh perspectives, new ideas and a willingness to jump in from day one. Whether they spent their time with us in a hatchery, on a production floor, in a research facility, out in the field or in one of our corporate offices, our interns gained hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful work across agriculture, operations, technology, sustainability, finance, marketing, engineering and more. The future of our business is shaped by investing in the next generation of talent—and just as importantly, by the fresh perspectives, curiosity and enthusiasm they bring to our teams. To our intern class: thank you for choosing Perdue. We hope you leave with new skills, lasting relationships and experiences that help shape your future. Thank you for making this a summer to remember. #ThatsPerdue #Internships #EarlyCareers

Just hatched: Our Fiscal Year 2026 Company Stewardship Report Some may assume that at 106 years old, our family-owned food and agriculture company would be defined by its history. But what defines Perdue Farms is our willingness to keep evolving. This year’s report reflects how the values that have guided us for generations continue to shape where we are headed—from product innovation and refreshed brands to regenerative agriculture, on-farm solar, and animal care. None of that happens without nearly 20,000 associates who bring our purpose to life every day. Their commitment to quality, integrity, teamwork, and stewardship is what allows us to keep innovating while staying true to who we are. Wings with impact. 🐔❤️ On #NationalChickenWingDay, we're celebrating the associates, farmers and partners who help bring PERDUE® chicken to tables and tailgates across the country—and the difference that food can make beyond mealtime. Recently, through our new partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, we donated nearly 43,000 pounds of chicken wings—equal to more than 35,600 meals—to the Maryland Food Bank to help support Maryland families facing food insecurity. It's a reminder that food has the power to do more than bring people together. It can strengthen communities. Today we're celebrating a fan favorite and the people behind it who help us deliver food with purpose every day. #NationalChickenWingDay #PerdueProud
