The building package will be locked up in half the time of stick frame construction. We get asked all the time about Pacific Homes and their prefabricated home packages and Vista Point is the perfect example of how it all comes together. Kenny walks us through the process behind this Villamar / Pacific Homes collaboration. Our clients came to us after choosing their Pacific Homes design, and from there Villamar took on the role of general contractor, coordinating every detail of the build and assembly. When Pacific Homes arrives on site, the walls are lifted into place by crane, and our framing crew assembles the pre-made panels. It’s like an elevated version of a Lego set — precision, planning, and teamwork. It’s a true collaboration, and because our teams work so seamlessly together, the process always runs smoothly.
