🚨 Influencer alert. I’ve watched and learned a lot from Leon van Zyl over the years. He’s one of those builders who doesn’t just talk about where technology is going. He gets his hands on it, pushes it, and shows everyone else what’s actually possible. So we asked Leon to give the AI Agent Studio builder experience a whirl. He took the challenge. In his latest tutorial, Leon puts Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio through its paces using coding agents like Codex and Claude Code to extend Fusion Applications and build against live Fusion data. And this isn’t slideware. He gets into AI Studio Skills, the CLI, VS Code, agentic coding, discovering and reusing Fusion resources, and then actually builds a succession planning application. This is where enterprise development is headed. The interesting part isn’t that AI can write code faster. It’s what happens when a coding agent can understand the enterprise application, use its skills and tools, work within its security and business context, and build real extensions and Agentic Applications. Enterprise software is becoming programmable by agents. That changes who can build, what they can build, and how quickly ideas can become working applications. Great work, Leon.
